9.1 YouTube API Services

By using our API Client, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Our application uses YouTube API Services to provide certain features and functionality. When you use our service, you are subject to both our Privacy Policy and Google’s Privacy Policy.

9.1.1 Data Storage and Deletion

We may store authorized data obtained through YouTube API Services to enhance your user experience. If you wish to delete any stored data or revoke our API Client’s access to your YouTube data, you can do so through the Google security settings page.

To delete stored data:

  3. Click “Remove” or “Revoke access” to revoke our access to your YouTube data

Please note that revoking access may affect certain features of our service that depend on YouTube API Services.

9.2 Meta Platform (Threads API)

Our application uses the Threads API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. to allow you to connect your Threads account and publish content to Threads. Our use of data received from the Threads API (“Platform Data”) complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

9.2.1 Platform Data We Collect

When you connect your Threads account, we collect and store only the data necessary to provide our service:

We do not request more permissions than our features require, and we do not sell Platform Data or use it for advertising, credit eligibility, surveillance, or any purpose other than providing and improving the features you use.

9.2.2 How We Protect Platform Data

9.2.3 Data Retention and Deletion

We retain Platform Data only for as long as your Threads account remains connected and as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion at any time:

  1. Disconnect your Threads account in the LumiPath dashboard (Social Accounts page) — this revokes our access and we delete the associated access tokens and Platform Data
  2. Revoke our application’s access from your Threads account settings (Settings → Account → Website permissions)
  3. Email us at support@lumipath.cn to request deletion of all data associated with your Threads account; we will complete the deletion within 30 days

When you delete your LumiPath account, all Platform Data associated with your connected Threads account is deleted as part of account deletion.
